A focus group dynamics using Delphi methodology in real life!
The event included 6 gastronomy experts and considered 3 rounds to validate the acceptability of matching experiences, integrating innovative elements produced with goods associated with the Mediterranean Gastronomy, obtained at the University of Algarve’s Host Lab.

The iHERITAGE project aims to support the transmission and technology transfer of innovative AR/VR tools, in order to consolidate access to UNESCO’s Mediterranean cultural heritage through augmented and immersive reality experiences, with the creation of living labs aimed at the research and development.
Represented by the University of Algarve, the focus of the Portuguese team is to promote the Mediterranean Diet and its importance for the cultural identity of the Mediterranean. The iHERITAGE ICT Mediterranean Platform for UNESCO World Heritage is a strategic project funded by the EU through the ENI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme.
