No reconhecimento deste patrim\u00f3nio alimentar comum, identifica-se um saber milenar patente na explora\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos locais \u2013 pesca, agricultura e pecu\u00e1ria \u2013 refor\u00e7ando o modelo cultural, hist\u00f3rico e de sa\u00fade da regi\u00e3o do Mediterr\u00e2neo.
